Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice at hire.
• Experience providing direct nursing care in a clinical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and coordinating with the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans by assessing patients and documenting status and needs.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluates patient care outcomes and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Maintains a safe care environment and accurate documentation of care.
