OhioHealth is seeking a part-time registered nurse for the Medical Unit 4 to work night shifts (7p–7a), 24 hours per week, with every other weekend differential. The RN will provide general nursing care across the continuum, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act, striving for high reliability in safety and quality.

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio (or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

• Assessment/diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Planning/identification: document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/evaluation: evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans with the team.
• Leadership/quality: participate in process improvement for quality, safety, and patient experience.
• Operations: support 24/7 operations within a 4-person department.
