Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Registered Nurse for Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and every other weekend in Med/Surg, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based patient care.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing, PA or Compact State RN licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN highly preferred.
• Current RN licensure in PA or Compact State.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to nursing practice standards and demonstrates assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Assist the emergent patient and document accordingly on Emergency Room nursing tool.
• Identify patient needs from objective data and document accordingly.
• Implement appropriate nursing actions for identified patients.
• Make decisions reflecting knowledge and sound judgment.
• Discuss care plans with patient and/or family and document accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
