UT Southwestern is seeking a Float Pool RN Level 3 for inpatient med/surg, telemetry, progressive care, oncology, and specialty services across Clements University Hospital and Zale Lipshy Pavilion. You will provide adaptable nursing care across diverse units and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safe, high-quality care.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, 1 year of acute med/surg experience, and active Texas RN licensure with BLS/ACLS; NIHSS and CPI

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of acute med/surg nursing experience.
• Current Texas RN license, either by license or NLC; BLS/ACLS required upon hire; NIHSS and CPI within 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Performs and accurately documents physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments.
• Anticipates patient and family needs to develop plan of care with clinical judgment.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary plan of care and communicates with health care team.
