Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement plans with nursing interventions and physician orders.
• Ensure safe, timely handoffs and documentation between caregivers.
• Educate patients and families based on assessed learning needs.
• Participate in hourly rounds and unit-specific process improvements.
• Lead care coordination within skill-appropriate delegation.
