Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS required.

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe practice with unit-specific clinical competency and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate handoffs and documentation between caregivers.
• Communicate courteously with internal and external customers in person or by phone.
• Participate in hourly rounding using the AIDET technique to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to manage patient flow and discharge planning.
