Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift contract in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado. The RN will work primarily in Med Surg with periodic float to the Emergency Department and will support a rural critical access hospital.

This role requires independence, quick adaption, and care for a diverse patient population on nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with a 36-hour weekly schedule. CPSI EMR experience is preferred and on-call coverage may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Medical-Surgical Unit and Emergency Department.
• Float from Med Surg to the ER as needed.
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with a variety of illnesses and injuries.
• Respond to emergency and trauma cases.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using CPSI EMR.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.
