Job summary

St Mary’s Health Care System, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5th Floor Med/Surg Unit in Athens, GA. The RN will work night shift on a 21-bed med/surg unit, collaborating with virtual nurses and the care team to deliver evidence-based patient care.

The role requires Georgia RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and a willingness to complete a refresher course if needed. Experience is preferred and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• GA RN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• Refresher course completed in the past 6 months if not practicing in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and contribute to care plans.
• Provide nursing care per standards and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Engage in the nursing process and support the care and healing environment.
