Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is a Magnet-recognized community hospital serving the Seacoast region with a focus on patient-centered care. This role is a part-time night shift (7p-7a) with every third weekend, located in Exeter, New Hampshire.

The nurse provides clinical leadership on the assigned shift, delivers expert patient care, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. A BSN is preferred or within 3 years of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or within 3 years of hire.
• 3 years clinical experience.
• RN license - NH or other Compact State.
• CPR certified within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical Certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for clinical management functions on the assigned shift.
• Models excellence in nursing practice through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Demonstrates excellence in technical clinical skills.
• Responds to departments requiring emergency and clinical assistance.
• Provides education to staff and acts as a clinical resource.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing issues and health care trends.
• Represents administration on their assigned shift and refers issues to management.

Education

BSN preferred or within 3 years of hire

3 years clinical experience

RN license - NH or other Compact State

CPR certified

ACLS
