Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH, is seeking a per diem Night Shift RN for a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit. The unit cares for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients with typical 5:1 day and 6:1 night ratios, emphasizing teamwork and high-quality care.

Requirements include a BSN preferred and RN license in NH or a compact state, with BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire and about 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license – NH state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
• 1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Care for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients on a 34-bed unit.
• Maintain patient safety and quality care with typical nurse-to-patient ratios of 5:1 days and 6:1 nights.
