Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Resource Team at our Conway facility. This night-shift role requires delivering safe, compassionate patient care using established nursing processes and Baptist Health training.

The RN will demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and teamwork with the Critical Care Resource Team to support patient needs across units. Orientation will be provided; licensure in Arkansas is required, and BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required in some areas.
• Completion of unit orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic patient care using nursing process.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
• Work with the Critical Care Resource Team during night shifts.
