Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association).
• RN - Registered Nurse licensed by Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates responses and revises care plan with team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
• Operations - Supports daily unit operations.
