Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• New grads encouraged to apply!
• Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols and state/federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, resident-first approach to care.
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols.
• Collaborate with on-call providers, therapists, and the care team as needed.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the EMR.
• Foster a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment.
• Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff.
