Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and to collaborate with residents, families and the care team. The role requires coordinating care, assessing residents, and delivering education across the care spectrum.

The RN will participate in care planning, may serve as charge nurse, and must adhere to nursing standards and ethics while delivering compassionate, high-quality services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; certification/continual education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care, conduct assessments, and educate residents and families.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and ensure safe, high-quality care.
