Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care for residents in a night-shift setting. You will apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with a team of providers and staff.

Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, and coordination of care across disciplines, ensuring safety and quality in every interaction. Prior experience and a valid RN license are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
