Job summary

Sanford Health, the nation’s largest rural health system, invites applications for an RN role on night shift. The position includes a 36-hour weekly schedule and compensation starting at $35.00–$48.00 per hour, with a $40,000 sign-on bonus.

The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care across the care continuum. The role requires collaboration with physicians and inter-professional teams, utilization of full nursing competencies, and adherence to state licensure

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or multistate for NLC states.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and other inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and standards.
• Ca res for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
• Plans and coordinates care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practices according to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure requirements.
