Job summary

Louisville Gardens in Louisville, OH is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our Memory Care/Dementia Unit on the full-time night shift (6 PM–6 AM). The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care, medication administration, and close collaboration with the care team to support residents and families.

Ideal candidates will hold Ohio RN or LPN licensure, have strong clinical skills, and enjoy a team-oriented environment. Long-term care and memory care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Memory Care/Dementia residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain a safe, resident-focused environment.
