Job summary

The role involves driving to patient locations, providing direct patient care during 6p-6a shifts, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in end-of-life care. Full-time position with required weekend rotation and holiday coverage.

Minimum nursing education includes graduation from an accredited school and Ohio RN licensure; BSN is preferred. CPR certification is required; CHPN is a welcome credential.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Ohio RN license active with good standing.
• Two years acute care nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certified; CHPN preferred via employer program.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers care using the nursing process for patients and families.
• Documents services and care in computer systems.
• Drives to patient locations throughout Columbus for care delivery.
