Greencroft Communities is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for a full-time night shift at Walnut Hills. Choose between 8-hour or 12-hour shifts to fit your life, with a focus on safe, consistent, and person-centered care.

Night shifts offer differential pay and the chance to build strong relationships with residents while working with a supportive care team. Ohio license required; long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Ohio in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with CNAs.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and build meaningful relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition.
• Communicate concerns to care team and escalate as needed.
• Supervise and support CNAs while fostering teamwork.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Advocate for residents to ensure dignity, comfort, and quality care.
