Job summary

Greencroft Communities’ Walnut Hills campus seeks a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for night shifts to provide compassionate care and comfort to residents during overnight hours.

You'll have flexible scheduling with 8- or 12-hour shifts, work with a team of nurses and CNAs, and help residents feel safe, respected, and supported. Training and a mission-driven workplace are offered at Walnut Hills.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care.
• Help residents prepare for and settle into their nighttime routines.
• Monitor residents and communicate important changes to the nursing team.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Support residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Work together with nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent care.
• Be a dependable and reassuring presence for residents throughout the night.
