Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is hiring full-time Night Shift Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for overnight duties in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You will deliver high-quality care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team while supporting resident safety and comfort. A Missouri RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS are required, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Current Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents during overnight shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Assess and monitor resident condition and document changes.
• Supervise CNAs and delegate nursing tasks appropriately.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with policies.
