Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
• Prepares and administers medications and records prescribed therapies.
• Monitors vital signs and records patient data.
• Provides bedside care and supports diverse medical patients.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient education.
