Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions. New graduates welcome; duties may include charge nurse responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• RN license with state board or multi-state license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
