Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of resident care. The role collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a not-for-profit setting.

Experience with licensed practice and continuing education is valued; a BSN is preferred and an unencumbered RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the appropriate state board.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team.
• Supervise/delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
