Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active RN license and BLS upon hire.
• 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
• Delegate tasks to team members based on competencies.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain professional competency through continuing education.
