Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience as a staff nurse, or willingness to complete orientation to competency.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• NRP certification within six months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn stages.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Document patient care accurately according to standards.
• Delegate and coordinate care among team members.
• Support quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
