Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
• BSN preferred and/or specialty certification may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Document care accurately within the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Delegate care based on team members' education, credentials, and competencies.
• Support patients and families with compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education.
