Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut State License in good standing as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care working with a geriatric population.
• Ability to interpret written instructions and prioritize appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents from assessment through evaluation.
• Organize resident care and manage duties within an eight-hour shift.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and report changes in patient conditions.
