You will plan shift meetings, coordinate services with other departments, monitor compliance with policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current RN license in the state employed.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year of geriatrics and subacute experience.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care and staff performance."
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to identify and correct problems.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident services for continuity of care.
• Monitor medication passes and adherence to physician orders.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and compliance with policies.
• Lead safety, infection control, and quality initiatives in the unit.
