Job summary

Brookshire Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift in Brookshire, TX. The role includes leading nursing staff, developing care plans, and performing assessments and treatments to support residents and patients.

Requirements include an active RN license, completion of training/competency evaluation, health screening, and background check. In-person work location is Brookshire, TX with Nationwide benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Ability to commute to Brookshire, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nursing personnel to provide exceptional care to patients and residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and residents.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform various medical procedures and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient and resident care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
