• Current and valid RN license in Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care management required.
• Proficient with PointClickCare charting and reporting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during the night shift.
• Ensure quality care aligns with policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.
• Monitor resident care needs and respond to changes.
