Job summary

St. Joseph's Health seeks an RN Supervisor in the Capacity Management Hub to lead hospital operations during the night shift. You will coordinate patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation while supporting frontline teams and hospital leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of nursing leadership, NY RN licensure, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Role requires night/weekend coverage and collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
• Three to five years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Current New York State RN license
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Supervisory or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital-wide patient flow, admissions, transfers, and bed placement
• Develop and implement staffing plans for nursing coverage
• Provide administrative and clinical leadership during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff, managers, directors, physicians, and executive leadership
• Respond to urgent situations by coordinating personnel and resources
• Conduct leadership rounds and maintain a visible presence across the organization
• Participate in direct patient care as needed to support operations
