Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the 36-hour weekly night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) at the Detroit area ACE unit. You will lead care coordination, apply the nursing process, and document patient teaching while collaborating with the health care team.

BSN preferred; active Michigan RN licensure and BLS within 30 days of hire are required. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 is offered with this role.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilize nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide and supervise care.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to the health care team and document care and teaching.
• Identify and resolve variances from patient goals and implement solutions.
