Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Lead for a contracted night shift in California. You will lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate care and unit operations to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Nursing, 5+ years clinical experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, and current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/lead experience
• BLS (AHA or ARC) required
• ACLS required
• NRP required
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring within last 2 years required
