Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM night shift on a full-time basis in Ocala, Florida. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, following physician orders and individualized care plans while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team to enhance residents’ health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
• Promote a safe, clean, resident-focused environment.
