Job summary

Qualifications include RN licensure, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and supervisory experience; a Master's degree and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred for department compliance.
• Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferred.
• BLS certification required for department licenses; ACLS/NRP/ALS required.
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership and supervises assigned nursing/ancillary staff.
• Directs care plans with health team and families for optimal patient care.
• Ensures patient safety, quality measures, and performance improvement participation.
• Manages staffing levels based on patient acuity and skill mix.
