Job summary

Baptist Health's Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor for the Night Shift in the Labor and Delivery department. You will mentor staff and coordinate unit activities to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements include an RN license, BLS, an Associates degree with 4 years of staff nurse experience or a Bachelor's with 2 years in the department; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area. This is a full-time third-shift role.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing with 4 years of staff nurse experience, or a Bachelor's with 2 years in the department is preferred.
• Active RN license and BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending on the area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily department activities to support quality patient care.
• Mentor and lead nursing staff as RN Shift Supervisor.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate unit activities in the Labor & Delivery department.
