Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care using the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and delivering patient care.
• May have additional duties within the scope of the role.
