Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs per policies.
• Administers medications as prescribed and observes for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.
• Participates in admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
• Performs wound care and other direct care tasks.
• Provides nursing leadership to unit staff.
