Job summary

THRYVE Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee staff during the night shift, delegate duties, and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include administering medications, developing individualized care plans with the care team, educating residents and families, and ensuring a safe environment while supporting staff development.

• Ability to follow facility policies and provide quality care.
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents on assigned unit during scheduled shift.
• Collaborate with allied health team to develop care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Document care provided and changes in condition.
• Mentor staff, oversee nursing duties, and ensure task completion.
• Stay current on facility procedures and participate in in-service education.
• Act as a resource for staff and provide clinical support.
