Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every other weekend Friday/Saturday night commitments. The role focuses on moving patients safely through their care episodes while maintaining quality and safety priorities.

Requirements include an Ohio RN license and a BSN or ADN with a plan to obtain a BSN within five years. CPR certification is required, with potential for additional certifications per unit needs.

Formación

• BSN or ADN required with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years
• Licensed RN in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR certification required; willingness to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON or equivalent as directed

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care using a Family Centered approach
• Assess and plan individualized patient care
• Communicate needs and priorities to LPNs, PCAs, and other staff
• Plan, implement, educate and evaluate care using evidence-based practices
• Document according to policies and procedures
