Qualifications

• BLS and RN licensure required.
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department.
• Preferred nurse specialty.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in care of a patient population with effective managerial skills.
• Acts as a professional role model for nursing team.
• Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.
• Performs preceptor and charge nurse roles; SIPP Only: direct contact with the child and primary responsibility for personal care and supervision.
