Job summary

BayCare is seeking an experienced RN at Mease Countryside Hospital, Florida, to care for a group of patients with minimum supervision using the nursing process and clinical standards.

You will delegate tasks to care team members, maintain professional accountability, and pursue opportunities for development while promoting evidence-based practice and clinical excellence. This full-time night shift runs 7:00pm–7:00am, with every-other weekend and no remote work.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification if required by department.
• Preferred nursing specialty indicated by role.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision following the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.
• Maintains professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care reflecting clinical excellence.
