Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's- Nursing required to practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on disease management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Participates in planning and communicating the plan of care across the continuum of care.
• Uses nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and patient-preference needs.
