Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts on the Memorial Shiloh LDRP unit. The role emphasizes patient and family‑centered care and incorporates the BJC RN Career Ladder to support professional growth and leadership opportunities.

The RN provides direct patient care, develops and updates care plans, educates patients and families, and participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, with shifts 6:45 pm to 7:15 am.

Qualifications

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
• Educates patients and their families on how to manage illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team.

Responsibilities
