Qualifications

• RN license in good standing; eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Two years of acute care RN experience in Women's health preferred.
• Experience in charge roles preferred.
• NRP within 6 months of hire; BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide night shift RN care in LDRP with required call.
• Monitor fetal heart rate using EFM and ensure fetal well-being.
• Support postpartum cross-training and lactation services as needed.
• Collaborate with obstetrics and nursing leadership to maintain patient safety.
• Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
