Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the LDRP. This night-shift position includes required call, with three 12-hour shifts per week and rotating weekends.

Experience in Labor and Delivery and cross-training into postpartum is preferred; BSN is preferred, RN license required, and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute care RN experience in Women's health preferred.
• BSN or MSN preferred; RN license required.
• NRP within 6 months of hire; BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in the LDRP unit during night shifts.
• Coordinate with obstetric teams and cross-train into postpartum.
• Educate families and support newborn care.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
