Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift (7p-7a) in Oregon. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care using evidence-based practices and team coordination.

Essential functions include assessment, care planning, execution, and evaluation with a focus on patient and family involvement, safety, and documentation. BSN within 4 years is preferred, along with BLS and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and family.
• Delegate and lead care delivery to meet individualized plans.
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Promote professionalism and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
