Tufts Medicine's MelroseWakefield Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery. This part-time night shift (7pm–7am) includes every third weekend, and you will provide professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders.

Minimum qualifications include Massachusetts RN licensure, current BLS certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience; BSN is preferred. You will participate in assessments, care planning, discharge planning, and education for patients and families,

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Department specific certifications may be required.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to patients per physician orders.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates the plan of care.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentors new staff and assists with unit transition.
• Participates in departmental committees as needed.
