Advocate Health in North Carolina seeks an experienced RN for Obstetrics/Gynecology at Atrium Health Lincoln. The role is full-time with 7:00 pm–7:00 am shifts, 36 hours per week, and requires RN licensure and BLS certification. You will participate in safety initiatives and patient-centered care across the continuum.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and proficient EHR skills, with 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a fast-paced setting. Benefits are provided.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; active RN license required.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols and procedures.
• Demonstrates effective communication, teamwork, and delegation within the care setting.
